By accessing or using StampClub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
StampClub is a digital loyalty platform that enables businesses to create and manage digital stamp cards, reward programs, and customer loyalty initiatives. Customers can collect stamps and redeem rewards through QR code scanning.
3. User Accounts
Business Accounts:
- You must provide accurate business information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must be authorized to act on behalf of your business
- One business account per business location
Customer Accounts:
- Accounts are free and optional for customers
- You must provide accurate personal information
- You may not create multiple accounts to abuse rewards
4. Pricing and Payment
- Business subscription: £5.99/month after 14-day free trial
- Payments processed securely via Stripe
- Cancel anytime with no cancellation fees
- No refunds for partial months
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Create fraudulent loyalty programs
- Abuse the reward system
- Impersonate other users or businesses
6. Intellectual Property
StampClub and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StampClub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content (logos, images) you upload to the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
StampClub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
