How members get stamps in day-to-day service

Run the scan flow quickly, apply stamp limits correctly, and avoid queue friction.

Two ways to issue stamps

Your team can issue stamps through:

  • the pending request queue
  • manual scan mode when needed

For most businesses, the queue should be the default.

What gets checked automatically

StampClub checks key rules before issuing stamps, including:

  • staff access rights
  • active customer card and program
  • daily or per-visit limits (if enabled)

This helps keep stamping fair and consistent.

Handling larger purchases

If your policy allows multiple stamps on a single transaction, keep the rule simple and train everyone on the same standard.

Clear policy prevents disagreements at checkout.

What happens at completion

When a member reaches the reward target:

  • the card is marked complete
  • progress continues correctly into the next cycle when relevant
  • the reward voucher is created automatically

Staff only need to follow the normal flow.

Common questions

Where should staff issue stamps from?

Use the Scan queue as your default during service. Keep manual scan as a backup for edge cases.

Does StampClub enforce limits automatically?

Yes. If you enabled limits, the system applies them automatically so staff do not need to calculate manually.

What happens when a card reaches its reward goal?

The system handles completion automatically and creates the reward voucher when the member qualifies.
