How members redeem rewards in StampClub

Run redemption confirmations cleanly from pending rewards and avoid avoidable disputes.

Where redemptions are handled

Use the Rewards section to view pending redemption requests.

Each request shows the member and reward details so staff can verify quickly.

Recommended confirmation flow

  1. open the pending request
  2. verify customer and order context
  3. confirm redemption at handoff

Avoid confirming rewards early.

Access and safety

Only authorized team members can confirm redemptions.

This helps protect against accidental or unauthorized actions.

Reduce disputes before they happen

Write reward terms in plain language:

  • exact reward value
  • any exclusions
  • timing or location conditions

Confirm only when the reward is actually handed over to the customer.

StampClub blocks duplicate completion for already-used or expired vouchers so your team can move on safely.
