Run several loyalty cards at one business

Give each product or category its own stamp card and its own reward, without one purchase stamping everything.

What this is for

Some businesses sell things that do not belong on the same card. A café that also serves food may want a coffee card that fills quickly and a food card that fills slowly, with different rewards on each.

You can run several cards at once, each completely independent:

Coffee

3 of 4 stamps collected. Collect 4 → 5th coffee free

Hummus / Shakshuka

1 of 5 stamps collected. Collect 5 → 6th free

Shishlik

0 of 3 stamps collected. Collect 3 → next one free

Three independent cards at one business. Each card keeps its own stamp count, its own reward and its own progress. Nothing is shared between them.

Each card has its own name, its own number of stamps, its own reward, its own design and its own QR poster.

One purchase never stamps everything

This is the part most owners want to be certain about, so it is worth being precise.

Every scan is tied to exactly one card at the moment it happens. When your staff approve it, the stamp can only land on that one card. There is no setting to change this and no path through the system that spreads one approval across several cards.

A customer buying a coffee gets a coffee stamp, even if they also hold your food card and your grill card.

Getting customers onto the right card

There are two ways, and most businesses use both:

Fastest

A separate QR per card

  • Coffee QR at the coffee bar, grill QR by the grill
  • Scanning goes straight to that card — nothing to choose
  • Your staff see the card name on the approval screen
  • Least room for a customer picking the wrong one
Best for discovery

One QR, customer picks

  • A single QR at the till covers every card
  • Cards they already collect on appear first, with progress
  • Cards they have not joined appear below as an invitation
  • One extra tap before the request reaches you

Whichever route they take, one scan only ever stamps one card. A customer buying a coffee gets a coffee stamp and nothing else, even if they hold all your cards.

Getting customers onto the right card. Two ways to route a scan when you run several cards. You can use both at once — a per-card QR wherever a specific product is sold, and the main QR at the till.

A separate QR per card is the faster option at a busy counter. Put each card's QR where that product is actually sold and scanning goes straight through with nothing to choose.

One QR for everything is better for discovery. The customer taps which card they want, and cards they have not joined yet appear as an invitation, which is a quiet way to get a coffee regular to start collecting on your food card.

What your staff see

When you run more than one card, the approval screen shows the card name in place of your business name. Your team can see they are stamping Coffee and not Shishlik before they confirm.

Nothing changes about how they work. It is the same queue and the same slide to confirm.

How many cards you can have

Card slots depend on your plan:

  • Basic: one loyalty card
  • Growth: up to five loyalty cards

Archiving a card frees its slot for a new one. If you go over your limit after a downgrade, nothing breaks for existing customers: they keep collecting and redeeming exactly as before, and only new sign-ups to the extra cards are paused until you upgrade or choose which card stays open.

Setting up a second card

  1. go to Settings, then Card Studio
  2. choose Create card
  3. give it a name your customers will recognise, such as Coffee or Breakfast
  4. set how many stamps it needs and what the reward is
  5. open its Poster tab to generate that card's own QR

Give each card a name that matches how customers talk about it in your shop. "Coffee" works. "Card 2" does not.

A sensible starting point

If you are not sure whether to split, start with one card. It is easier to add a second card later than to explain to regulars why their progress moved.

Split when the things you sell have genuinely different repeat rates. A daily coffee and a monthly haircut do not belong on the same card.

Common questions

Can the same customer collect on several of my cards at once?

Yes. A customer can hold every card you run at the same time, and each one keeps its own separate progress and its own reward.

Will one purchase give a stamp on all my cards?

No. Every scan is tied to exactly one card, and approving it can only stamp that card. Buying a coffee gives a coffee stamp and nothing else.

How many loyalty cards can I run?

The Basic plan includes one card. The Growth plan includes up to five. Archiving a card frees its slot.
