What each plan includes
- Basic: 50 in-app campaigns and 20 email campaigns a month
- Growth: unlimited in-app campaigns and 100 emails a month
Your remaining allowance is shown at the top of the Campaigns page.
How the count works
Two things catch people out.
A campaign counts once per channel. Sending one campaign by both in-app and email uses one from each allowance, not one in total.
The month is a calendar month. Your allowance resets at the start of the month, not thirty days after your last send.
What does not count
- campaigns you cancelled before they sent
- campaigns that failed to send
- messages sent by Autopilot, which have their own separate limits
Running out
When your in-app allowance is used up, the New campaign button stops working and an upgrade link appears next to your remaining count.
Email is the allowance most businesses hit first, because it is the smaller of the two. If you are running out of emails every month, that is usually a sign to be more selective about who you send to rather than to send less often. A targeted campaign to one segment costs the same as one to everybody.
Free trials
A trial gives you the allowance of the plan you chose. It does not unlock a higher tier, so a Basic trial has Basic limits.
