Location limits by plan
Active locations are limited by plan:
- Basic: 1 active location
- Growth: up to 3 active locations
- Enterprise: custom limit
If you need more active stores, upgrade first.
Keep one clear primary location
Your primary location anchors your business profile and improves consistency across your account.
Review this whenever you open, close, or reassign stores.
Keep operating hours accurate
Update hours for each location so customers and staff have the same expectations.
Outdated hours create support issues and poor in-store experience.
Deactivating a location
When you deactivate a location:
- historical records stay intact
- the location is removed from day-to-day use
- you still need at least one active location in your account
Plan any closure or transition with these rules in mind.
