1. Finish your business profile first
Before launch, make sure your profile is complete:
- business name, category, and short description
- contact email and phone number
- logo and cover image
This keeps your brand consistent across customer screens and in-store materials.
2. Start with one clear loyalty program
Keep your first program simple and easy to explain:
- choose how many stamps are needed for a reward (between 5 and 20)
- write a clear reward name and short description
- set visit/day limits only if you need extra control
Simple programs are easier for staff to run and easier for customers to trust.
3. Set up your join QR and test it
Use your Quick Join QR and confirm:
- customers can join in seconds
- new members see progress clearly
- staff can approve stamp requests smoothly in the Scan area
Do a live test on both iPhone and Android before launch day.
4. Confirm reward redemption flow
Make sure your team can:
- see pending reward requests
- open each request quickly
- confirm redemption only when the reward is actually handed over
This helps avoid accidental or early redemptions.
5. Set team roles clearly
Give each team member only the access they need:
- checkout team: add stamps
- support team: view member details
- managers: edit program and reward settings
- trusted leaders only: manual stamp corrections
Clear roles reduce mistakes and protect your account.
6. If you have multiple locations, check your plan limits
Location limits by plan:
- Basic: 1 active location
- Growth: up to 3 active locations
- Enterprise: custom limit
Set one primary location and confirm opening hours before launch.
7. Review billing before trial ends
Before your trial ends, check:
- selected plan
- trial days remaining
- billing portal access for invoices and payment updates
Do this early so your team does not lose operational access.
8. Launch-day checklist
Before opening:
- keep one device ready for scanning
- place your QR poster clearly at checkout
- give staff a short join-and-stamp script
- assign one person to watch pending requests
After opening:
- review your first joins
- review your first stamp requests
- verify at least one full redemption journey end-to-end
